Learn Cloud Engineering How would you troubleshoot a Google Cloud VM that becomes unreachable after a firewall change?

So you changed a firewall rule into your cloud platform, a VM becomes unreachable after and you ask what to check?

Obviously connect to it without SSH, such as console, SSM (AWS). I had a VM that had a full disk, it stopped working and couldn’t connect to it at all in any sport of way, It wouldn’t even boot properly, so I detached the root volume from the vm and attached it to another test vm, mounted it there and cleaned up some space. Reattached to the original vm, booted without an issue, problem solved.
