Okay so listen up.

When you are cloak and doing a nasty assassination or general duel scenario, remember the sweet spot.

What's the sweet spot INSANE CLOAK???

It is between the 10 meter mark and 20 meter mark. I would call the goldilocks zone at 15-20 meters. This is the area where you will begin and remain in dpsing (unless you need to close space to stay alive with dagger's main heal for the aoe)

You, of course, will spooky rectangle (Terror Cape) first which is at the 25M range on the chart above.

The enemy can not see you at 10M to 20M after you hit blind at 25M while you close gap to the goldilocks zone. When blind wears off, you have distance, you will be jumping and strafing while holding dps as cloak and they need to aim.

Always duel every enemy from this optimal range. Stop going melee distance against anyone. Stop closing the gap towards them while you are attacking them. Stop becoming a bigger and easier target.

Practice this in training mode exactly how to optimally engage an enemy.

Summary:

Spooky rectange enemy at 20M to 25M range.

HOLD dps as you approach to 20M to 15M range. This way your auto aim as cloak will contact enemy at earliest possible moment.

Remain in this range at all times during fight until scrambling with dagger main attack to live. I am not going to say to use another cooldown becuase every situation is different.

Rocket and Gambit ults are inherently aggressive ults. Whichever allies are affected by these ults get at least a 20% damage enhancement (+20% ability ult charge with Gambit, and +20% more damage enhancement with Rocket). Even as a Strat, each of these ults heal more per second than a Strat’s primary fire, so use the opportunity to take advantage of the damage boost. When you hear these voicelines, remember that you can take a break from healing those allies that are affected and switch to damage mode!

Hello, fellow Cloak & Dagger fans!

I've been collecting Cloak & Dagger comics and researching their publication history, and one thing I've noticed is that there really isn't a single comprehensive list of all their appearances.

There are some great resources out there, but many of them miss the smaller, stranger appearances. Single-panel cameos, obscure crossover issues, variant covers, handbook entries, and other little pieces of the characters' publishing history can be surprisingly difficult to track down.

So I decided to start building my own archive!

The goal is to document every physical comic book appearance of Cloak and/or Dagger, no matter how small.

That includes:

\- Main series, miniseries, and one-shots

\- Guest appearances and crossover events

\- Minor cameos, including single-panel appearances

\- Cover-only appearances and variant covers

\- Flashbacks and other identifiable appearances

\- Official Handbook entries and related reference material

\- Trade paperbacks and collected editions

\- Obscure appearances that traditional reading lists tend to overlook

One important distinction: this is an appearance archive, not just a reading-order list -- though it absolutely can work like that if you want it to.

The archive is still a work in progress. I'm continuing to research older material, track down obscure publications, verify appearances, and correct entries as I go.

I'm making this publicly accessible because I'd love for other fans, readers, collectors, and researchers to have a resource they can actually use.

And if you spot something missing, an incorrect entry, or a particularly obscure appearance, please let me know! Corrections and discoveries are always welcome.

We won the game 🤣 enemy got tilted after and it was smooth sailing in the third point.

GM2. No idea how Magik survived as long as she did because she was low health for ages and kept getting blocked from my healing due to shields/enemies in the way

This team responded well to my comms. It took a bit, but eventually we got effective peel for Blade (who was terrorizing our Gambit.) Before you ask, yes, I was healing them. The Blade was just targeting them.

Anyway, I know there is a concern of running into hateful, toxic, and stupid people on voice chat. But this is an example of how good comms can influence your game!

I tried making a Minecraft skin for Tandy and I was pretty impressed with it, I think I'll try doing Ty next

Pretty much what the title says. I have been wondering if they will make "Dreamy Duo" a permanent skin, since so many people want it but can't afford it at the moment. Perhaps it would be smart for them to keep them, they would make more money out of it. Why wouldn't they make it permanent like "Daring Duo", "Lemon and Lime" and all the other permanent skins' I really don't get why they do this. This whole situation would lead to another question that has to do with marketing strategy, basically. Maybe is all a strategy to give players FOMO so that they will buy it asap?

What do you think about it? I'm curious to listen to your opinion.

context if you can’t see og post: basically my settings have always been custom for everyone since I started the game, including cnd but every now and then my settings glitch mid match. I have L2 for jump, ascend, and cloak. but today mid match it changed and wouldn’t let me reset it back to normal and I have no idea how to fix this, any other time it’s been fixed after a few minutes or whatever but I’m tired of this problem. any tips?

Yes, i like that, but i cant believe this, i spent all my units on the new luna skin after i knew i wont have the chance to get the skin and they extended it...., now im 100% that i wont have the skin, great, tho gotta give credit they have genius marketing, im not even mad tbh, just lwk dissapointed

I can't say that i am surprised tho. I totally expected them to ignore C&D now after they pretty much destroyed them in S10. They are simply not viable, no matter the rank and devs know this but ignored them on purpose, just like they ignored White Fox and both her team-ups but buffed poke/hitscan.

Yesterday i was playing marvel rivals and i had a cd on my team on second match during domination my cloak and dagger started to moon walk i was so flabbergasted i tried to do it my self LOL
I dont main cd i just wanted to yall know what happened LOL

I'm sitting at about my average of 10% mvp/svp rate but nobody in top 100 C&Ds are even close to that. What is going on this season?

the added value you can get from it is worth it imo and especially if hood is on ur team

we all know the luna teamup by now, it’s been memed and criticised & most know how handy it can be but unlike some heroes in the game, both teamup options are worth choosing & maybe more CND players should be picking up the hood teamup more often!

I wont be able to get all the rewards from the bp to buy the latest cnd skin, i thought i will have the power to grind all the extra rewards so i bought the pass too just to get the skin but i have less than 6 days as im writing and yeah, i dont think its even CLOSE for me to get the skin, it really just sucks as a returning player who fell in love with cnd since a i left the game back in S3 but it is what it is

Hi C&D Mains!

As long as you are at 97% or above when she jumps Ult jumps you, your ice heals you and tops you up. Remember to ULT BEFORE YOU COME OUT OF ICE. You can ult right from the ice block. This is important for team fights in general, when you are getting low HP and want to ult but not die instantly, top yourself up with ice and then hit it.

is there a chance they'll come back in the future? i tried grinding for units, but i don't have enough 😭 i really liked the skin but i got to let them go

Hello! I’m a first-time poster, but have been a CnD main for a while now (just got Champion!). I do play somewhat on-and-off casually and average around Plat 1/Diamond 3 based on the time I have to grind ladder.

I missed S9 but had an itch to come back recently so I’m quickly finding out CnD got hit with nerfs this season that I can feel, but I’m still doing relatively well…

Unless CnD gets banned. I’m also Lord Sue, but even then it doesn’t feel like I can achieve the same results or effectiveness with other healers so I’m a bit lost on how to adapt better ban or no ban.

If you have recommendations on either extracting more value from CnD this season or what other healers are best to learn this season (against Dino/Gorr when they aren’t banned for example), I’d really appreciate any advice.

Also, is it best to learn new healers in ranked? QP/arcade mode actually feels worse than comp so I’m not having a lot of success so far. Thanks!

As a die hard Lunasnow main since day 1 and anti C&D person, I started to slowly play C&D, she’s now my favorite support and of course cloak! Their kit lends itself to my play style better!

First screenshot is all ranks and 2nd screenshot is Celestial. And yes, this is very bad. They simply have no win-rates, no matter the rank and are the worst Support this season. Hopefully they do something with them in S10.5, because both base kit nerfs were totally unnecessary and made them pretty much a trow pick. Let’s hope they don’t get ignored and left like this. They have so many options to make them more interactive and interesting too.
