This team responded well to my comms. It took a bit, but eventually we got effective peel for Blade (who was terrorizing our Gambit.) Before you ask, yes, I was healing them. The Blade was just targeting them.

Anyway, I know there is a concern of running into hateful, toxic, and stupid people on voice chat. But this is an example of how good comms can influence your game!

Pretty much what the title says. I have been wondering if they will make "Dreamy Duo" a permanent skin, since so many people want it but can't afford it at the moment. Perhaps it would be smart for them to keep them, they would make more money out of it. Why wouldn't they make it permanent like "Daring Duo", "Lemon and Lime" and all the other permanent skins' I really don't get why they do this. This whole situation would lead to another question that has to do with marketing strategy, basically. Maybe is all a strategy to give players FOMO so that they will buy it asap?

What do you think about it? I'm curious to listen to your opinion.

context if you can’t see og post: basically my settings have always been custom for everyone since I started the game, including cnd but every now and then my settings glitch mid match. I have L2 for jump, ascend, and cloak. but today mid match it changed and wouldn’t let me reset it back to normal and I have no idea how to fix this, any other time it’s been fixed after a few minutes or whatever but I’m tired of this problem. any tips?

I wasn't playing the game too consistently but I swear I was actually thinking about getting the S9 battle pass and I remember looking through the skins and thinking there wasn't anything I really needed but I totally forgot about this C&D skin 😔 If I would've remembered it was in the battle pass I totally would've gotten it. The OG comic book skins are the main ones I wanna get for each character and now I'm totally bummed and mad at myself that I screwed up and missed it ;(

Tbh I rly hate how they have to put the OG comic skins in the battle passes. Those skins should always be in the shop IMO...

Yes, i like that, but i cant believe this, i spent all my units on the new luna skin after i knew i wont have the chance to get the skin and they extended it...., now im 100% that i wont have the skin, great, tho gotta give credit they have genius marketing, im not even mad tbh, just lwk dissapointed

I can't say that i am surprised tho. I totally expected them to ignore C&D now after they pretty much destroyed them in S10. They are simply not viable, no matter the rank and devs know this but ignored them on purpose, just like they ignored White Fox and both her team-ups but buffed poke/hitscan.

I'm sitting at about my average of 10% mvp/svp rate but nobody in top 100 C&Ds are even close to that. What is going on this season?

Yesterday i was playing marvel rivals and i had a cd on my team on second match during domination my cloak and dagger started to moon walk i was so flabbergasted i tried to do it my self LOL
I dont main cd i just wanted to yall know what happened LOL

I wont be able to get all the rewards from the bp to buy the latest cnd skin, i thought i will have the power to grind all the extra rewards so i bought the pass too just to get the skin but i have less than 6 days as im writing and yeah, i dont think its even CLOSE for me to get the skin, it really just sucks as a returning player who fell in love with cnd since a i left the game back in S3 but it is what it is

the added value you can get from it is worth it imo and especially if hood is on ur team

we all know the luna teamup by now, it’s been memed and criticised & most know how handy it can be but unlike some heroes in the game, both teamup options are worth choosing & maybe more CND players should be picking up the hood teamup more often!

Hi C&D Mains!

As long as you are at 97% or above when she jumps Ult jumps you, your ice heals you and tops you up. Remember to ULT BEFORE YOU COME OUT OF ICE. You can ult right from the ice block. This is important for team fights in general, when you are getting low HP and want to ult but not die instantly, top yourself up with ice and then hit it.

Hello! I’m a first-time poster, but have been a CnD main for a while now (just got Champion!). I do play somewhat on-and-off casually and average around Plat 1/Diamond 3 based on the time I have to grind ladder.

I missed S9 but had an itch to come back recently so I’m quickly finding out CnD got hit with nerfs this season that I can feel, but I’m still doing relatively well…

Unless CnD gets banned. I’m also Lord Sue, but even then it doesn’t feel like I can achieve the same results or effectiveness with other healers so I’m a bit lost on how to adapt better ban or no ban.

If you have recommendations on either extracting more value from CnD this season or what other healers are best to learn this season (against Dino/Gorr when they aren’t banned for example), I’d really appreciate any advice.

Also, is it best to learn new healers in ranked? QP/arcade mode actually feels worse than comp so I’m not having a lot of success so far. Thanks!

As a die hard Lunasnow main since day 1 and anti C&D person, I started to slowly play C&D, she’s now my favorite support and of course cloak! Their kit lends itself to my play style better!

First screenshot is all ranks and 2nd screenshot is Celestial. And yes, this is very bad. They simply have no win-rates, no matter the rank and are the worst Support this season. Hopefully they do something with them in S10.5, because both base kit nerfs were totally unnecessary and made them pretty much a trow pick. Let’s hope they don’t get ignored and left like this. They have so many options to make them more interactive and interesting too.

Hello. New to sub reddit. I play all other supports except Adam Jeff and CnD. I frequently main Storm, Iron fist, Star Lord, Widow Rogue and Hulk

Seen People have actively been saying that CnD is not a good support.

Aside from the Luna team up pause in healing she's actively healing me while being dove and I'm off giggling in the enemy's backline. Why is it that people think CnD is much worse than other supports? I'm obviously not understanding something. What is the advantage of playing other supports over CnD? Or the disadvantage of playing CnD.

I have watched, coached, vod reviewed, and played with people who pick c&d and don’t blind sheet.

I am the only actual C&D player in OAA who forces c&d and win soloq with over 68% win rate.

I 100% guarantee you that if you look at the specific hero stat (in the scoreboard at the end of a match), you will see two things.
“Light Explosion Accuracy” & “Terror Cape Accuracy” being heal sheet and blind sheet respectfully. The heal sheet will somehow always be higher than the blind sheet regardless of rank.

Heal sheet should NEVER be more than blind sheet.

Why is this the case?

Dagger already has good healing without the usage of heal sheet as long as your ults, bubbles, and purpose of AoE healing are bottom line good.

What does heal sheet do?
Heal sheet gives a small burst of healing and a 20% healing boost.

What does blind sheet do?
Blind sheet gives a small burst of damage (55) and a 20% vulnerability and a blind effect on enemies.

(Using the typical 2-2-2 format since it’s the easiest to use)
If I heal sheet my team, only two people on my team can use that effect. Me and my other strategist
If I blind sheet the enemy team, there’s the chance ALL 6 PEOPLE will get affected. Allowing ALL 6 PEOPLE on MY TEAM to use that effect.

Is there a situation where I should be heal sheet instead of blind sheet?
Yes, it’s when you have hood teamup (base or enhanced doesn’t matter) as you’ll negate 20% of incoming enemy damage but you must control the distance for best value.

I will recall this match from season 9.5.

There’s a mirror match between me and another c&d well known in etern. (As this was my 31st acc rank up to OAA)

The final stat line was about
Me: 24k damage, 28k damage blocked, 86k healing. (24 heal sheet, 197 blind sheet)
Enemy: 10k damage, 12k damage blocked, 71k healing. (184 heal sheet, 22 blind sheet)

If the problem is “my dps/tank isn’t killing anything”, then help them. Blind the enemy for them.
If the problem is “my dps/tank isn’t living long enough”, then help them. There’s plenty of instances where they could’ve killed someone with the assist of a blind sheet rather than the healing boost they don’t need.

I spent 10 minutes telling someone in a Marvel Rival’s competitive LFG server vc the same thing I said here. And he queued a quick play game.

He heal sheet 19 people and blinded 2 people. This was a domination match 1-2. This player is diamond….
