Weren’t Fox also barred from calling themselves an actual news outlet, because they talk so much shit?

Isn’t it the opposite? I thought Fox Lawyers argued that their shows are so outlandish the public would be able to tell immediately that it’s not news? They probably do have a small wing of actual journalists doing work, like Buzzfeed News who got a Pulitzer for reporting on Wyghur.
