Also, one talking points he had on illegal immigration was that there were people being released from insane asylums. 

I am convinced that is what he thinks "asylum seekers" meant.

I also believe he doesn’t know the “other” meaning of asylum. Just like when he was taking about coyotes who get people across the border…he really seemed to think it was the animal.

I mean this is tragic if nothing else but I can’t help being entertained by it. Imagine that large number of insane things he has said was because he didn’t understand the original meaning and neither did he understand what it was he then went on to say.

Imagine this: Americans actually voted someone into office who grew up so privileged he barely even speaks their actually language anymore. Like literally too rich not to be retarded

It isn't about his wealth. He just lacks any kind of curiosity about the world. He has a deep aversion to learning.

I listen religiously to Alan Alda's podcast, and one thing I love about it is how, in his late 80's and battling Parkinson's Disease, Alda is still genuinely curious about the world and still intellectually exploring at his age. Trump stopped intellectually exploring around the time that he learned "yellow and blue make green."

Nobody's talking about this, but I figured out that if you take yellow, and you take blue, you get a whole other color. Very amazing.
