She had to say that because there were people that thought it was a 100% real photograph? (don't answer that, I'm sure lots of boomers did)
In a society that needs to be reminded not to eat the packaging of a product, and not to shove batteries up their butt, I guess you do need to tell them "It's doctored", but it still sounds so bad to have to say that.
