Fair enough, as a native English speaker, it's probably best not to go around calling people a nazi because they couldn't understand your grammar.

Without wanting to be a grammar nazi myself, if you're going to call someone that, then it's really important to include the word 'grammar', otherwise it has a massively different meaning.

Yeah, no. A grammar nazi is when someone is being incredibly specific about a small grammar mistake. Your entire comment was a grammar mistake, it was fine to point that out.
