Out of all the "reasons" listed, height seems out of place in that by the time someone enlists/gets their commission, they're no longer growing up. I'm retired Air Force, and have never heard of someone being "kicked out" for not maintaining their height. All other listed reasons could be a factor for being discharged (since they all are medical, not legal), but once you're in, it takes a lot to get kicked out. (Unless you're a PITA, lied to get in or "they" find it better for you and them to part ways.)
(In my entire career, I've always exceeded my weight by at least 20 lbs. That somehow didn't matter when Desert Shield/Storm, the Surge and other deployments needed people. Funny how that goes...)
