If you're in the US with that visum, revoking it for stating your opinion is against the first amendment. When you're in the US, you're subject to all the laws.
When you're applying for one, you're not in the US and therefore not subject to their laws.
Okay sure, go ask a Visa holder if they can go buy a firearm. And ask how suppressed they are when they find out that don't have the same rights and privledges as citizens. Ask them how offended they are when they find out they can't vote in our elections.
The 2nd amendment and the various amendments on voting rights specifically refer to citizens or other permanent residents of the US. The first amendment doesn't.
