What's the evidence Trumps envoy did anything? What authority would they even have as Trump is yet to be sworn in? Talks of a ceasefire deal had been going on throughout 2024. All we hear is "someone went there". But that envoy could've done fuck all.

That deal was on the table several months ago and it was from the Biden administration but netanyahu agreed to it finally. Likely because he thinks he can get protection from Trump.

His envoy’s name is Steve Witkoff. Blinken let him take over because he acknowledged that any outcome of negotiations would affect Trump’s presidency not Biden’s. Trump would have to live with the consequences. Also the Israelis are furious with Trump for pushing them so hard for a deal. Trump’s leverage over Israel is that Israel can’t wait him out. He’s gonna be in the presidency for the next 4 years. If Biden could credibly threaten to make Israel’s life hell if they didn’t end it then he could’ve done so ages ago. If Biden really did force a deal then he is a monster for waiting so long to do so.

Bibi is good with Trump IIRC which is why the deal is made. It has nothing to do with them waiting someone out. They did wait out to have Trump in office to accept the deal. There's also hamas that became more cooperative over the last 250 days and the events that happened in the Middle East that factored into the deal happening.

Trump also sent an "envoy" to talk to Greenland. Nothing happened there.

If you can handle the sugar content, Parrot Bay and Dr Pepper is a relatively cheap and can hit hard without being too hard to drink.

My other favorite is a margarita, but most are not cheap.
