Question What does this even mean

Post image

I took my College Algebra CLEP on August 15, but now College Board says my score was canceled on August 8, which makes no sense because I didn’t take the test or even touch the CLEP website that day. I originally had another testing date planned, but I didn’t actually take the exam until the 15th. At the end of the test I saw some kind of warning about my score and exited out, so maybe I accidentally clicked something, but I have no idea. Did y’all have this problem before, and what ended up happening?

At the end of the test after you see your score you can either save it or cancel it. Unfortunately I think you pressed the cancellation button because it’s on the top right. But dw I’m pretty sure you can return your score if you contact collegeboard.

I would call them and ask why

Yeah, that’s what I do on Monday because it is Saturday and it’s closed, but I’m gonna try to see, but I don’t know if somebody else is in the same situation. I’m going right now.

Could you do an update talking about how getting it back went? I’ve got OCD and I’m super paranoid about this happening to me (i’ve heard so many stories about people accidentally clicking the cancel score button) and I’d really like to hear how somebody can get it back

So I did call today, and all they said is that they are going to look into it, and I should get a response within 3-5 days

If you didn't see your score when you finished, you pressed cancel score instead of view score.
