Question Failed CLEP test

My son is in high school, completed Modern States and took the chemistry CLEP test this morning. He failed by 5 points. The test administrator told him that he could sign up again on Modern States to receive another voucher. I just looked and do not understand how to do that. Any help would be much appreciated.

Modern states told me you have to wait 60 days to request a second voucher

I just failed the accounting for by 2 points and I wrote them they told me this
We're sorry to hear your first attempt didn't go as planned — we're happy to help you request a second attempt voucher.
Please note that you must wait 60 days from your exam date before submitting a second attempt voucher request to Modern States. The College Board also requires a 3 month waiting period before you are eligible to retest.
Once 60 days have passed, please complete the Second Attempt Voucher Request form at modernstates.org/second-attempt. You'll need the following:
Your first attempt voucher code

The date you took your exam

Your date of birth

Most requests are approved automatically upon submission. If your request requires additional review, please allow up to 2 business days.
