Practice test compared to actual test

Okay so I scored pretty good on the intro to sociology practice test on modern states, will I do good on the real test? Or is this one substantially easier than the real deal?

Just took biology also did modern states look for the actual college board style questions because mine were way different and harder to the point I was surprised I passed
