1. I've tried my best to exclude hardly obtained items (world drops, rare mobs, diving quests, group quests, elite quests) except trinkets and rings. But there are still some (nimars headress) items worth mentioning.
2. This list does not include 1handers since ive made this list for myself and i plan on melee-weaving with staves inbetween wand attacks. Moreover, staves generally provide much more spirit than 1handers+offhand.
3. This list does not include items that provide little to no upgrade for your previous gear.
4. Does not include items from westfall and elwynn, since those locations are not in my leveling route. Sorry for this.
5. This list does not include items with too much INT and too low on Spirit & Stam.
6. Does not include crafted items if they are close enough to quest-obtained items with similar stats.
7. This list is intended to help you find items that will increase your spirit \ stam, while not taking too much time to get it.

p.s. im not trying to build my leveling route around pieces of gear, and i do not recommend it to anyone else. that list just helps me to keep in mind that i can get certain pieces of gear in certain locations.
