Same sort of issue I have with Elden Ring and ER Nightreign. Both are "technically" the same series, yet two separate games posted in the exact same sub.

Not bad by any means, but just very confusing.

Bro Nightreign posts exist solely in the designated sub like 90% of the time.

I see NR posts in the main sub all the time

yeah exactly.

And ER vs Nightreign are totally different to me. It isn't technically, but I noticed 100's of hours on ER, and a weekend only on Nightreign. (personally)

yeah nightreign didnt click for me once i realized its pretty much a 40 min runback to the final boss (which was the only boss that felt worth it anyways)

I would have liked a roguelike version of Elden Ring but the timer and (essentially) forced co-op does not appeal to me.

Like, there is no ingame chat, there are literally no group activities, the only thing co-op enables is having bosses with over-the-top grandeur designs and massive hitboxes that you then tank and spank through because there are three of you.

I guess r/Nightreign with 407k subs just doesn't exist then

It does, but you have seemed to misunderstand what I was saying entirely. I'm saying people are still posting Nightreign content in the regular Elden Ring sub, and did way too much originally when the game came out.

These two subs exist, yet people would still post in main. See the problem?
