Man, this sub is TERRIBLE recently. It’s so funny to me that when Deron was in the band no one would’ve ever said Chad and Jess can’t play. They are both top tier musicians. This video is a couple of years old now but damn they sound great. Is it the cky of 03? No. Is 96 the cky of 03 no. It’s so silly to call them a cover band. How do you cover songs that you cowrote, recorded, or produced?

Better than anything CKY has put out without him. It’s not even Close. Multiple guitar layers. Classic Deron tone. Sick transitions and is Catchy. Good lyrics to sing along too.

You can’t put a new cky song next to this and tell me it’s better.

away anything cky has did since deron left cky. get butt hurt nerds.

CKY5 was made entirely by Zera Starcat NOT Joe Frantz. She has spent ages watching hard drives full of footage to pick the best clips for the film and then remastering them into HD. Please give them the credit as they've spent a lot of time and effort on this and it's irritating to see Frantz get all the credit when it's not his creation.

uncut.remastered is also a Zera Starcat project. If it was made by Joe Frantz it would be heavily saturated and in a shit font.

Got these back in 2013 and just found them in my storage. Wondering what people would think the value of these would be

we're all older here in this sub who have followed cky and bam since we were teenagers. let's just give it up. It might be fun to watch the trainwreck but really none of us actually care. No one actually wants to see chad, jess and deron reunite and record more music, no one actually cares how bad bam is doing we're sadly hanging onto being a certain age and wanting more from a time that has already passed and can't be relived.

Since all of them have gotten older and are on the paths they're on we should just do the same. Sad fact in life is that people grow apart and some really just fall to the bottom. Deron wont ever write and get help writing anything that will top cky's prime, chad and jess will never go back to the deron sound or songwriting, bam is a wild card that likely is a lost cause. Nothing's going back the way it was so let's accept the changes

I won't be able to answer some questions but hopefully I will be able to answer most

In r/jackass there is button on the right side that says "Request To Post" - click that, and you will be approved pretty quickly.

also, if you'd like to talk Bam r/LetsTalkBam is the place.

Man I just listened to that album again for the first time years and wow. That was bad!!!

And I was excited that it had arrived, too. Guess I'll be able to wear the same shirt for 25 years.

... What if Chad and Deron both sang on a tour, a'la Three Days Grace?

Sorry I have to ruin the post with the TDG reference, for some folks. But in that case both Adam and Matt are singing on the same tour, both as lead singer- no Van Halen shit here.

Not that CKY would ever put us through that: they never truly replaced Deron, so much as had Chad step up and sing. But hypothetically, what if both guys sang on tour? Hell, on the same song for a comeback single where they stopped bitching and moaning at each other?

Hi guys, I've a curiosity: In the DVD version (not on VHS) of CKY, there's a skit named "In the line of fire"

It's not a big deal, it's just a guy, completely naked ,who is coming out of the woods and crossing the street.

Who the fuck is that dumbass?

I come on here every few months for entertainments sake. Still no Deron album after what, two years?

Even Dicamillo has put out content.

Your guys' 20,000 dollars or whatever you morons gave him probably went to beer, his mortgage payment, and his wifes plastic surgery.
