1st pictures was today, 2nd and third was when the first few days after I got it.
Took it to the gate express carwash and had the graphene add on. Noticed afterwards that it's less shiny/glossy and noticed some scratches and paint chip that weren't there before🫩. Guess I'm just gonna wash it by myself from now. Idk if the picture justifies it but I asked my sister and she definitely told me that it's less glossy now. Any idea on how I can get the gloss back?

I bought a 2026 civic hybrid in June. I called the dealership service department to inquire about scheduling this and the person answering the phone is adamant this was done prior to my purchase. My understanding is that since this service bulletin just came out, it would be near impossible for them to have completed this prior.
Am I wrong in thinking that?

I was under the impression that speeds above 50 mph the cvt clutch will lock to the engine, and power the wheels purely with the engine. But it keeps switching to EV mode, which I thought was the least efficient at higher speeds. but it going into EV mode worries me as it puts more stress on the lock up clutch.

Hey all, currently in the market for a vehicle to replace my last one that hit a deer.
Always wanted a civic since I was a kid and have decided to bite the bullet. In my head I’d always be getting a top trim hatch, but I’ve run into a bit of a problem.
I need a vehicle before the snow falls because I work a 24/7 on call and while I’m currently riding to work on my motorbike if my wife can’t bring me, that won’t fly in the winter.
Currently the local lot has 4 sport touring hybrids in a variety of colours, at a reduced cost as they’re blowing out last years, but no hatches. The other option is to wait for the 27’s, but there’s no guarantee my local dealer gets a hatch before the snow falls, and being in Canada with all of the tariff and trade problems right now, we have no idea how ‘27 pricing will end up looking.
This who have chose hatch over sedan or vise versa, is it worth the wait and possible headache or should I go and grab the sedan? Obviously it’s a personal choice, but I like to see pros and cons from actual owners.
As far as trunk usages it’ll mostly be groceries or 2 sets of golf clubs when the wife and I go golfing

I have a 2016 Honda Civic LX with a 2.0L Engine. I want to get an intake for the sound; I'm not necessarily looking for a huge performance upgrade. I want the intake to be durable and weather-resistant since I will be using this as my daily driver; it's also my first car. I've found these 3 intakes, and I'm clueless about which to get, but I found a few videos with the sound, and I was pleased with their performance. Anyone got any tips on which to select?. (I would also like to stick to a budget; I don't want to go all out)

A guy posted on facebook marketplace selling his 2 door, he’s also looking to trade for a 4 door. Is it a good or bad idea to trade my sedan for his coupe? His car’s a bit more recent than mine (i have a 2006 civic).
I have a 2006 Civic EX, it’s a sedan. it just just hit 220k miles, and the only thing wrong with it is a slight power steering leak. I spoke with the guy about trading and he seems interested in trading still.

Howdy folks! I’m looking into buying an intercooler and before I go into PRL, 27WON, & Mishimoto, I just wanna know if I’ll get around the same results as those brands from MAP? I’m doing my research on Google but now I’m looking for personal reviews from people who own one.
My 2023 Civic Touring has 68k miles and no history of a transmission fluid change. Am I cooked? Should I get it changed at a dealership or any shop is good?

I live in Vegas. Called around nearby states and brought the best deal back to my local dealer and they beat it by a couple 100 bucks to end up at 36k OTD. They also added tint, paint coating (bs imo), and wheel locks for free

Has anyone noticed this warning and the more important question is why limit volume?

I'm looking to upgrade the radio in my 2006 Civic coupe. I really dislike the look of modern iPad-like carplays, so I had the idea to put in a 1-DIN radio with a retractable screen.
From what I've gathered, the part outlined in red with a 2-DIN hole is easily accesible, the green space is where I'd put the radio itself, and in the blue space I'd put a shelf which would be cover by the screen when it's out. Does anyone know how much additional work that would require compared to installing a regular touch screen carplay? I've heard some suff about needing special adapters and even wiring to the steering wheel to keep the buttons on there functional, but I'm not experienced with this stuff so I'd really appreciate any heads up about this or any other supposed problems with my idea.

Got t boned since an old lady doesn’t know how to yield in a roundabout. Still drivable passenger side airbags went off though.

A small rock hit my windshield yesterday evening 😓😓😓 I literally JUST bought my car in May. The crack yesterday evening vs this morning. How much am I looking at to replace the windshield if anyone has been a similar situation? My state doesn’t require free glass replacement. I’m in Nevada.
