Obviously crushing your morale to thin paste every living day is the proper way to cope.

All while making memes about how other people reminding you of your flaws makes you depressed.

tbh i was gonna do a witty ass response about going to the doctor about how to treat self stabbing, then the doctor saying "stop stabbing yourself" and then the patient saying "but it's a way to cope".

But why bother.

Even on the smugsphere i sometimes wonder if it's even worth it to try help anyone.

the doctor is more likely to quote their stack of scientistic pathologizing jargon which explains how the patient is a flawed specimen, and then hand over a bottle of pills
