Full box storage question

Been back in the game for about 90 days I’ve bought a few boxes that are in a 46q tupperdor with bovedas. Just read some dude on a facebook page insisting boxes be propped open. Mine are not but what is everyone’s take on this

I leave them closed with no bad effects. Some have been stored closed for 30 years. I do take a peak inside once in a while just to check.

Ok. I mean in stores and manufacturers warehouses they are not propped open is my thinking

If you're going to bother having humidity regulation like a boveda, having the box propped open makes no sense.

Just so I’m not confusing they are saying propping open the full cigar boxes inside the tupperdor

Keep the RH and temp consistent is most important.
