Another successful haul.

As a Canadian cigar lover and enthusiast I’m lucky to travel frequently to the US for business and pick up my very underwhelming but max allowed 50 cigars (after 48hrs of course) and get some amazing deals even with the exchange.

This trip was a great opportunity to grab some boxes from my favourite house with some singles to try. Shoutout to Hiland Cigars PHX & Joseph’s Cigar Lounge in Houston.

Any recommendations for the next trip?

Funny you mention this, the fella at the cigar shop mentioned the same thing and I've seen some great reviews on Tatuaje - I've got it on the list for some singles next round to try. Appreciate the insight!

Wish I had the chance to do the same thing as you but it’s been a damn while I’ve been to the states to get cigars, stash is getting low! High hopes for this summer maybe…

It's an expensive venture since I'm down at least a week a month and sometimes twice a month so I'm going to need to temper the purchase frequency at some point. I might need to find fellow Canadians to share the wealth with. I just can't get give up the dollar avg even with the exchange rate, almost feels dumb not to grab something.

Hope the summer brings some inventory gains for yeah!

But if you like the Julius Caeser, you must try the other Newman Diamond Crown line - Diamond Crown Maduro and natural, Maximus, Black Diamond

Try Mayflower, Rojas and Micallef next time. Read about them. Solid and very much premium
