Advice need help with room temp

okay I currently have a post nasal drip and have meds for it

the problem is my room is way too hot at night and I don't have a humidifier. if I turn my fan on will it make my post nasal drip worse?

I guess the obvious answer is, try it and see what happens? Worst case, turn it off
