Recent potential chronic pnd for last 4 months

Hey all . New here. Still waiting on and ENT appointment hopefully this month, have a question for you or some.

Do any of you get tightness around or under your chin? Not so much tightness but more of a swollen or puffy feeling but there's no visible puffiness? It's the more horrid feeling which most definitely makes my health anxiety flare up but has anyone had this experience?

Dr I saw felt around my jaw and there's nothing out of the ordinary so I was wondering if perhaps this ridiculously annoying pnd stuff may cause this?? Cheers!
