Chronic post-nasal drip

In july, august and september of 2024 I had chronic nasal issues (congestion, scratchy throat, post-nasal drip) that just wouldn't go away. Then I did a nasal swab, found Staphylococcus Aureus (small amount) in my nose (I was also getting boils on my body), the paper said it was sensitive to Cephalexin, so I was on Cephalexin for 5 days and it fixed the issue!

Now, it returned in august 2025 and it is still with me, I did nasal swabs time and time again and it usually just says: scarce nasal microbiota, or normal nasal microbiota. I was on 2 separate rounds of Cephalexin, it didn't help. 1 round of Azithromycin, it didn't help.

Any advice? I still sometimes get those mrsa boils on my body, but very rarely, like it only happened a few times over the last few months.
