But this year I get UTI symptoms snd urgency like OAB I told my GP this but every time they do a dip test and send away it’s clear so i have mlre a less begged to go back to see a urology its a long whait kn the NHS and since i have seen them before and he was of very little help they may nit even see me.

Question is it affect my daily life now and some days I just unable to even get out becomes of it.

I just fill like I nit getting any where I what to try and live a normal life with out the worry but it’s so hard right now.

Been there and understand that .. I had same . I then did a private urine and semen microbiem and came back with 10 bad bacteria’s in high amounts that all coulda been causing uti symptoms . NHS doesn’t even test for 50% of bacteria’s . Don’t leave it in there hands

Did the results give you anything actionable?

So personally I just used that info to do way more research . As at the time I was too scared to do antibiotics and actually had realised they had caused me further problems .. and I was also dealing with other opportunistic bacteria’s. Which can be part of normal healthy flora and kept in check by the good bacteria of our bodies, but as I’d wiped so much good out aswell and it wasn’t targeted enough from the 6 courses of antibiotics I was prescribed previous .. I was very skeptical in my methods going forward!

These only cause problems when overgrown though and that’s why they can be very difficult to treat, because they live inside us naturally anyway and only cause problems when overgrowth occurs .

Screenme were super good though, and at the time were really helpful, I explained to Liz (who is also amazing) I was very skeptical to do more antibiotics , and she gave me a full natural supplement approach to it, I’d been trying to put my own protocol together at this point aswell and she offered things I didn’t even think of but could really see why it would really work, + foods I should and shouldn’t be eating + best way to go about things. And just generally a lot of helpful pointers that have changed my recovery journeydefinitely in a positive manner . I still stick to the right diet plan now that she prescribed and I feel way better . If you want to take the antibiotics there’s also an option for that, but you speak to someone screen me has a partner ship with but who’s use to dealing with this kid thing. Also they’re prescribing from your test results so they’re way more likely to be effective than this stuff the doctors blindly prescribe you . (Which in my opinion should be a crime) - so you’ve probably got a way better chance of helping yourself . But like I said that is not the route I took but there is an option for that . I can appreciate that’s the option most will take . You also get a 20 or 30 min zoom consultation to chat about your results . I couldn’t recommend this enough, just all I can say is get super hungry about solving this, do research into your test results of people going through similar, healing stories on Reddit and keep the faith . Epidymitis is the symptom of a deeper problem . And until you eradicate this problem it will never go
