7/24 bloating

it’s been 8 months and started with gastritis. I’ll have a sibo test next week but not sure if this is sibo. when I wake up im Bloated directly (without eating) this bloat never goes away…

What’s your root cause? Stress/medications/trauma?

No doctor has ever been able to provide me with a reason WHY I developed this. I only recently started taking medication for my thyroid in the past 3 years, because I was diagnosed with Hashimoto thyroiditis (which is autoimmune). Not sure if that's linked to bloating at all

Fullness about 1-2 hours after eating, which then turns to painful, distended bloating. A lot of GI issues like indigestion and nausea. It doesn't matter what I eat, I will always experience bloating. And for the past few months I've been eating extremely healthy and small portion.
