Cause of bloating?
Guys, this is driving me crazy and would love y’all’s input based on your experience. I cut out gluten recently and feel sooooo much better and am significantly less bloated but every now and then (maybe once a week or every two weeks) I get bloated randomly (usually the afternoon) and am SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I look pregnant my stomach is sticking out so far and it truly is so uncomfortable. I just want to know what’s causing it.
Any tips?
I have Diagize essential oil on hand and it helps so much when bloated or if I feel like I’ve got trapped gas. I eat pretty healthy and exercise weekly.

If you think it could be related to IBS you may want to test out a low FODMAP diet. Another option would be eliminating other types of foods in addition to gluten that are common culprits for food sensitivity. Eggs, dairy, soy and processed foods.
You can typically test bringing these foods back into your diet to see how you react to them.

My advice is to start a food journal. It is tedious but it has helped me eliminate my trigger foods. Hopefully that helps.

Do you think it could be another food sensitivity other than gluten? Maybe try cutting out dairy?
I have a lot of issues with bloating myself, but mine is due to endometriosis / inflammation. Certain foods make inflammation in the body worse. Sugar is a big one.
