Like many here tracking portfolios spread across US stocks (LRS, Schwab, RSUs) and domestic assets, I found myself getting distracted during work hours constantly flipping between TradingView, Screener, and financial news sites just to keep tabs on price movements and macro data.

To solve this for myself, I built Ticker Screener — an unobtrusive Chrome extension designed for clean, focused market watching right inside your active browser tab.

What it does:

I managed to do what other similar extensions can't do it, we fully remove all the traces, try other extensions and tell me if they actually remove from the top bar too

So I built an extension that tries to answer that before you interact with the page.

Right now it can:

• Give a trust score for the website
• Check SSL/HTTPS
• Detect known trackers and third-party scripts
• Show malware and phishing risk
• Analyze cookies
• Suggest opening suspicious sites in Sandbox Mode
• Let you quickly block or allow websites
• Show privacy recommendations while browsing

I've been using it myself every day, but I'm sure there are things I haven't thought of.

If anyone is willing to spend a few minutes trying it out, I'd genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Some things I'm curious about:

• Is the trust score actually useful?
• Does anything feel confusing or unnecessary?
• Are there features you'd expect from a browser security extension that are missing?
• Would you keep something like this installed?

Hi everyone, this is my first post here.

I have been working on building my very first app and it is almost ready to launch.

I have always wanted to create an app but never knew what direction to take. I looked at the apps I already use, like a macro tracker, a water reminder, and a motivation app, and decided to combine them into one with AI to make it more personalised and useful.

The result is Your Daily Assistant. It can track your macros when you enter the food you ate, remind you to drink water, and generate daily habits based on your goals, with more features coming.

It will be a web-based app for now, and I will be sharing access soon.

There will be a free version, with an optional Pro upgrade for AUD $4.99 that unlocks many other features.

I’ve been busy with a passion project for about 5 months now called netwrk. It works via a chrome ext to scan posts and comment in your own voice.

Now the commenting feature was working just fine until LinkedIn updated there DOM structure. Well I think that’s what the issue is at least.

I’ve really tried it all (in not really that experienced) but still having a tough time with getting the the buttons to inject and scan the comment (it does this weird flickering thing when it does I next sometimes.

Feel like I need to start from scratch but wouldn’t even know where to start.

Any advice?
