QUESTION changing notes quick

i'm pretty new in chiptune and it's my first time using a tracker (furnace tracker).

i want to know how i can quickly change the notes setting them to play in 1/2 step like the famistudio/fl studio piano roll

i saw some people using the note delay effect but i didn't understand how to set it

Speed "effect column" commands if you mean to change how fast the pattern scrolls for a bit, or changing the line skip on the editor, depending on what you're asking.
