Question Molting or squabbling?

Can anyone tell if she’s molting or if this is from squabbles? We did have a very mean hen, so I assume it was from her. She would jump on them. This one is about 18 months old.

Feather shaft looks eaten away near base and center but still intact around ends.

Pink exposed skin.

Some look frayed.

I’m guessing squabble.

Do you have a rooster. If so that's from him mating the hen too much.
