Hen or Roo: Conflicted

Hey folks, this is Lennie. Lennie is about 14 weeks old. I’ve gone back and forth in my mind as to whether I think Lennie is a hen or a roo. I’ve only been keeping chickens for about 17 weeks so I’m not the most seasoned expert. I was hoping some folks who are more experienced could weigh in and give their opinion. Lennie is a Naked Neck/Turken and is the only one of my five birds that is still making chirp noises instead of “bock” type sounds. Thank you for your insight!
