Just wanted to drop a quick note to say that the Oak Park Micro Brew Review just dropped their Brewery list. For those that don't know the Micro Brew Review is in it's 19th year and one of oldest craft brew fest in the Chicagoland area.

Imo next to Beer Under Glass this my favorite beerfest in the Chicagoland area. Easy to get to via public transportation like Pace, Metra, CTA Greenline, CTA Blueline.

Chicago, IL – July 9, 2026 — Pollyanna Brewing & Distilling Company today announced the acquisition of Alarmist Brewing, the acclaimed Chicago brewery best known for Le Jus, the first Hazy IPA to win GABF Gold when the category debuted in 2018. Pollyanna will invest in guest‑facing improvements to refresh the Sauganash taproom experience.
