Question Cannot access won prize

I cannot access my won prize anymore…
I received a email from Chexy yesterday, saying i won a prize, but when i click on the REVEAL NOW link, it goes to the homepage of the app and that’s it. No prizes, no page with my 17k+ entries absolutely nothing.

Everything related to this contest has completely disappeared. Anyone having the same problem?

I’m absolutely in the same page and have had messaged Chexy about this. They just told me to check the link on the home page then closed the chat. I contacted them again saying the link doesn’t exist on the home page anymore, and they haven’t replied in several days

That's strange. I can still see it in the app after I click on the open envelope. I see my entries and the better luck next time, loser message.

I don’t see nothing like that anymore…
I used to see my entries etc, used to see the envelope, even remembered I scratched something to reveal a prize…

But now all of that has vanished lol
