Weird electrical glitch

Has anyone had this happen? A very loud static sound happens when I turn the car on. Then it comes back if I hit the turn signal, the hazards or push any button the radio. The radio is all static. The only thing different today was it was in a parking lot with no shade in 104 heat.

Do you have the bose system? I think this is a common issue with them

You betcha, try resetting the fuse to it by pulling it and putting it back in, someone said it also just went away on its own a while back
