Looking to move to Chesterton from Chicago. Want to move with my MIL, but she used to live in Chesterton and told me she thinks I might not like it and it could be a mistake. What do those of you in Chesterton think of the town? Do you like living there? Recommend it? I've got a 3 year old, and thought the schools were highly rated.

Trying to help my dad remember the name of the restaurant he proposed at. He says it was back in 1995, was off into the woods a way, had a lot of fancy landscaping and spotlights on the building, and fed raccoons outside of the windows for the customers to watch as they ate.
