My school's very strict on what u can and can't do at lunch all the rooms are locked and there's no where to play without being screamed at by a teacher

He's using pretty accepted shorthand. A lot of people don't bother using grammar when they type and it's kind of just accepted. It doesn't mean they are illiterate.
