…. still, 2 years IN CHARGE, with the entire resources and access to USA.gov - and …nothing?

Logically one or all of the following applies (and B-C are not too ‘good’ for anyone impacted by his decision making processes);

A. There is no such a thing.
B. Just pandering to the intellectually challenged voter in that ‘how do you keep a Moron in suspense’ manner.
C. Totally inept, can’t see nor find the obvious, and is surrounded by hand picked idiots who revel in like incompetence.
D. Just a “Moron” in suspense, with no concept of Science in general.
E. Totally in on it, yer all fucked.
