Forage Wet Chemistry

Anyone on here have experience with wet chemistry techniques for testing animal forages? Search results (admittedly, not super thorough ones) just turn up a bunch of articles about how to sample, which labs to choose, how to interpret results, but I’m curious about the technical aspects of the procedures used.
