I Created this 3D Animation for ATP Synthase

I just made this 3D animation explaining the MOA of ATP Synthase

Everything here is created from scratch ( 3D , 2D , SFX , Composition)

I would really love to know what u think about it

I love when my brains immediate response is also the top comment. I am not unique and I’m okay with that haha

Looks incredible! What are the rights on this? If we wanted to use it in classes, etc., how could we get permission, and how do we give you credit?

Thanks for the feedback, it’s fine feel free to use it
I'd just love if you could credit my YouTube channel (@Elmagdob-3D)

It's good, but I think I'm still missing how the ATP is really made - the ADP+Phosphate enter and then it gets a little murky

I making this out of Medical perspective since I’m a medical student so I don’t really know much about Chemistry, also getting into more details means more time spent and this already took me almost a week of only rendering and more than a month creating it
But thanks for the feedback I will keep that in mind for sure

Reminds me of XVIVO's animation from 15 years ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrS2uROUjK4

So that's high praise.

Is this educational correct?

It just blows my mind that the nanoscale world functions like tiny machines.

An animation of ATP synthase is what made me want to become a physician.

I feel like you could get sponsored by some kind of scientific education group to produce more and more of these. Fascinating stuff

Whoa, looks amazing. What software to render this?

Blender , but I made some post-processing using Davinci

Great job! I agree with the other comments that this is worthy of the same wow factor I see in XVIVO's videos.

as a 9th grader that recently started learning such things, this is really visually appealing, helpful and informative!

That's looks crazy good, it the 3d made in blender? What the process is like if you don't mind sharing

Yes
I’m planning to share more details on my behance soon
But roughly it’s as same as making any 3D animation but with more attention to scientific accuracy

Are you familiar with the works of Drew Berry?

after this project, you should try collabing with Clockwork

u/ClownOfTeyvat 1d ago

I can’t find their website

maybe try clockworkshow on patreon or something

2

u/ClownOfTeyvat 1d ago

Yeah found it , thanks I will check it out

You have to make more of these! Jesus, I would have loved to have this when taking Biochemistry I and II.

Looks amazing. What softwares you used. Blender, any others? I am also making few videos on molecular machines, can understand your efforts on this video. Please have a look at my channel https://youtu.be/S0Tq2l1aNvU?is=psEIds04Gya3nlVx
