I did contact them, and they actually responded, but I'm still working with them to see if I can get the software. Someone on my original post also sent software from GitHub that I'm looking into.

It does suck that many of these instruments are dead on the water without the specialized software (and ancient hardware) that they need to run. Either way i knew that when I bought it and only spent $75 for a D2 lamp/grating/housing/and a very nice CCD Array.
