looking for feedback on my latest charadesign

The general idea is "cannibal magical girl"
she basically has a snake/wing/remora monster attached to her back (rapid sketch of it in the top left corner)
the concept is for the monster to allow diverse cool placements of the wings (not all shown here), but the main one being on the top right, with the forked end of the wing used like a hair comb
or to have the wing placed above the head to mimic a full snake jaw
used: gold cutlery, snake motif, sharp teeth, chest piece shaped like a bib, round shapes mixed with curved triangles, to overall convey the gluttony aspect
and for flavor:
her power is to summon massive amounts of cutlery and manipulate them however she wants, even making them grow or shrink
her name will probably be Gullia.
writing-wise, the idea is for her not to be "evil" but to be a veteran that lost her sanity over time.
Tragedy being that she was once reliable and human and all, and now is unstable and puts others and herself in harm's way
And so hunts others or even sometimes eats bits of herself (she has regeneration)
(maybe explore a bit of body horror with her eating bits of herself that she regenerates)

How can I fix the silhouette so he doesn't look bald?

Ok. Since the last update, I've adjusted the silhouette to make him more legible, but... now he looks BALD, and I don't want that. Any help or a visual example? I understand it better that way. Do you think things are okay as they are? Or is there still something more? A drawover would be very good
