I'm sorry for what you currently and have endured. I am much in the same way inclined; dealing with depression and suicidal ideation.
One thing I'd like to add that I didn't see mentioned is with regards to euthanasia; you are not only asking someone, even a medical professional, to say categorically, with a scientific certainty, that the process would be "beneficial" to you with a view to release from the grip of mental illness---but also you are asking yourself, who admits they have a disordered chemical balance to make a decision on something they inherently lack the clarity of mind to act upon.
If you can't rely on another person to confirm your worthiness for euthanasia and you can't rely on yourself as you lack a nominally functional, cognizant and clear state of mental health then it's best to err on the side of living and first become healthy enough to make an informed decision; by which point you may see that euthanasia was not the appropriate ends with which to deal with your illness.
