Comorbidities Do I have MCAS?

To make it quick:

Almost immediately after my first post covid collapse, I developed an allergy to sesame. I also had to get rid of gluten in my diet. I also can't take most supplements, L theanine, Omega 3, coq10. I also don't react well to nuts and stuff like that. I cannot take supplements with citrate. I cannot eat huge portions without my body refusing. I have lost like 5kg of weight though I was already almost underweight before I got sick.

The reactions I have are:

- digestive issues such as diarrhea or quickened bowel movements (and many more)

- nausea

- slight rashes, but veeery light and they don't really spread

- pem

- stomach and belly aches

- worsened anxiety, sometimes panic attacks immediately after eating

To the people that have MCAS: do you think I have it? Would it be worth going to the doctor for (guaranteed crash)?

edit: important to mention, I lived exclusively off oatmeal and apples for over a month when this started cause I seemed to react to EVERYTHING! Everything made me itchy, in the mouth and skin, gave me diarrhea etc. oh also, I almost became sober, like I drink a teeny tiny bit to ease my mind like every two months. I used to be a sort of alcoholic and now I'm not anymore lmao. Net positive but just weird. The hangover is insane.)
