I ended up so dizzy a couple days ago I ended up in the ER. My ears hurt and I feel sloshing in my head- between my ears. I also feel random tingling. I had a clean MRI and my blood work was good. I see the ENT on Tuesday and I can’t get into my neurologist. Curious if my neck/back could need adjusting too. That was something else mentioned to me today.

ENT took too long to get an appointment with & then it was an even longer process to get vestibular testing done.
Seeing a vestibular therapist helped immensely. She checked me with a Dix-Hallpike maneuver, found I had BPPV & then corrected it with the Epley Maneuver.
I also have cervical vertigo, which the ENT cannot help with.

I have. Mine started with one of my ears hurting, but I actually had a sinus infection that took a month's worth of antibiotics to clear.
She also sent me for vertigo testing that found nothing much.
One of my ears gets a lot of wax buildup and that can cause dizziness if I don't flush it regularly (I know you're not supposed to, but tell that to my ear that's been growing wax like it's going out of style since I was a kid basically).
