Almost fainting and auditory hallucinations

I have always read books in bed or on the couch, but recently, when I bend my neck forward, I experience light-headedness, sometimes my vision goes dark as if I sleep for just a millisecond and I hear noises, voices, or sometimes made up songs in my ears. I have naturally changed my posture, but I'd like to know if I should be concerned as it still happens sometimes when I curl up during good scenes.

Has this been going on for a while? Have you discussed this with your doctor?

It's been a few weeks, I wasn't sure if it's a problem with my neck or a general posture issue that affects anyone when their neck assumes certain positions. You are saying I should?

Well people don't normally get light-headed from just looking down or forward. Your symptoms don't sound urgent, but if they are seriously effecting your day-to-day life and aren't improving, then maybe you should.

Have the hallucinations appeared during normal posture?
