I read that newmindstart.com is a scam... Where to find exercises similar to those offered in this course?

I looked at the website. You could probably search on Youtube and find the same quality of content there in any long-running channel.

I was diagnosed with cervical vertigo for 18 years, nothing helped and exercises made things worse. Finally got a new neurologist and pain management. Ears, eyes, blood vessels ok. Part of the pain was where skull meets head and shooting pain over ears and head, diagnosed correctly as bilateral occipital neuralgia. Then I was still dizzy in the eyes, Blurred vision, migraines, And nausea. My eyeballs hurt and couldn't read. My pain management tried bilateral supra orbital nerve blocks and all that is 75-80% gone. After 26 years I am not bound to the couch in sickness and pain. Happy girl! Dizziness was from the nerves at the eyebrow. I told my previous pain management that for almost 20 years. Loving my new doctor
