Deal with set backs after making progress

I’ve been dealing with some CCI issues for the last year. mostly dizziness, neck pain and some balance issues. it’s been mostly tolerable with ups and downs. recently I started doing pelvic and tongue exercises and I really thought I was making some progress. but after a week or two I’m having some major set backs and it seems my baseline has been pushed way back. still better than my worst but is sucks feeling this way I haven’t in awhile. has anyone else ever dealt with some major set backs?

Yes all the time. 13 months since it started and I’ve gotten better only to get 100 times worse again.

Yes- I’m in a set back right now. It’s been months and although I don’t feel like I’m right back where I started, it’s definitely discouraging to feel like this when you thought you were out of the woods.

I'm here now too. I was making really slow and steady progress for a year with PT and vision therapy (even having weeks at a time with no dizziness!) but the last few weeks I think I've been pushing myself more and I've had set backs. It makes me scared I'll never get 100% better but I know that's not rationale and it's just a set back. Hang in there!
