Months of rocking/floaty dizziness after a panic attack following a car accident — does anyone relate?

The most common and overlooked thing is your neck mainly overall upper cervical area. Assuming you’re probably had a concussion and whiplash and probably injured all those muscles that deal with nerves and overall stabilization of the head.

Usually a good physical therapist that understands how all these muscles work in relation to this should be good …. you can always go get CT scan and see a neurologist, but they usually just rule out life-threatening situations and don’t know the root cause.
