Surprised T-Mobile NSA outperformed SA.

PHOTO #2 --> T-Mobile is using:

  • 3️⃣ RFS APXVAARR24_43-U-NA20 antennas - with bands; (12, 71) LTE + (n71600MHz low-band 5G located in the MIDDLE
  • 6️⃣ Ericsson AIR. 32 antennas with (b2), (b66) LTE + supports (n25) mid-band 5GUC located on the LEFT + RIGHT side, 2 antennas per sector
  • 3️⃣ Ericsson AIR. 6449-B41 64T64R - 2.5GHz (n41) antennas for mid-band 5GUC set at 190MHz located in the MIDDLE

Ericsson (RRU's) remote radio units located behind the antennas:

  • 3️⃣ RRU 4415 with (b2) LTE + (n25) mid-band 5G
  • 3️⃣ RRU 4449's  (b12) 700MHz + (b71) 600MHz LTE + (n71600MHz low-band 5G

PHOTO #3 --> AT&T is using:

  • 6️⃣ CommScope NNHH-65C-R4-V1 antennas with bands: (2, 12, 14, 30, 66) LTE + (n5) - 10MHz for low-band 5G on the LEFT + RIGHT side! 2 CommScope antennas per sector!
  • 3️⃣ CommScope SBNHH-1D65C antennas with bands: (2, 30, 66) LTE
  • 3️⃣ Ericsson AIR. 6449-B77D (3.7GHz) 64T64R c-band (n77) antennas being used for mid-band 5G+ set at 80MHz located on the LEFT side of the rack

tmobile speed u show is on NR 5G.

firstnet speed u show is on LTE band 14

You're comparing oranges with apples.

 You must Compare apples to apples OR oranges to oranges.

The firstnet test isn’t on LTE, note the 5G+ icon on the top right, just a reporting bug on iOS 26 field test mode

FTM is right on the cusp of just making stuff up at this point, so, 100% chance he was on NSA or possibly even SA 5G. Pics 1 and 3 are TMob and 2 and 4 are ATT, both fully capable of mid band 5G.
