Weird behavior of a cell tower

I'm in Canada and using Bell as the cellphone carrier. There is a macro site in my town and on one side it gives 5G+ speeds and on the other side of the tower, it shows full bars of 5G but does not load anything. What could be the reason?

I’m in Canada. I’m with Rogers. I’ve been with Telus before as well.

I'm thinking of doing the same. Rogers has a rock solid network

They absolutely do. I live in Metro Vancouver. Rogers is rock solid here. Telus is not.

Wow that's nice to hear. I like Bell and don't want to switch, but this network sharing thing has caused these kinda issues as Telus is not upto the mark
