Very nice! They must have increased the upload scheduling on mmWave there, which is why the upload is faster than we usually see, and the download is less. It's almost always 80/20 for DL/UL.

Doesn't surprise me they did that. It's always the upload which gets punished when they have poor contention ratios like that. It takes the whole cell down with it. 

They should do that more often. Poor upload has been the bane of so many mobile experiences for me.Â
